The Colony Archive is the long-term record side of colony life. It helps preserve important colony history, major events, deaths, stories, and notable changes.

Archive-style records may include:
- Colony diary entries.
- Major survival events.
- Deaths, old-age passing, graveyard, and memorial context.
- Raid or siege aftermath.</li]
