--did a bunch of tweaks here and there where needed to fix some issues.
--added the kick members area to the leader hub- you can now kick out troublesome members and if you want to teach them a lesson, by killing off the pets they earned in your colony or β¦

--Fixed neutral tile issues on the territory maps, and the neutral tiles not showing right and they should be correct now- and you should no longer get an error when a decaying tile is in decay and you try to patrol it and its like OMG NOOO IM DECAYING ERROOβ¦
