Ravage Ruins
Ravage Ruins
Ravage Ruins are dangerous ruined places that may be explored, scavenged, remembered, or approached through special systems where supported.
They are not the same as a safe colony hub.
What Ravage Ruins Are
A Ravage Ruin may be:
--a collapsed colony site
--an abandoned den network
--a damaged territory area
--a dangerous story location
--a scavenging location
--a place with old records, hazards, or traces of what happened before
Why They Are Dangerous
Ruins may contain:
--unstable structures
--pests or predators
--spoiled supplies
--unsafe water
--contamination
--old remains
--hostile encounters
--weather damage
--lost items or hidden hazards
Exploring Ruins
Exploring a ruin may require a valid pet, enough energy, decent condition, and caution.
A sick, injured, starving, dehydrated, exhausted, pregnant, too young, dead, or otherwise unavailable pet should not be sent into ruin danger.
What Can Be Found
Ruin exploration may lead to:
--materials
--old supplies
--story records
--clues
--danger
--injury
--pests
--rare finds
--nothing useful at all
The exact outcome depends on the system and should not always be predictable.
Not All Ruins Are Recoverable
Some ruins may be cleaned, restored, or connected to recovery systems.
Others may only be explored, remembered, scavenged, or left alone.
