Overview
The Snail Habitat is the primary care and information page for an individual snail. It acts as both a profile page and a care interface.

Information Displayed

Each snail’s habitat page displays:

Snail name

Status icon row (above the name)

Personality and description

Favorite food

Bonding information

Care stats (hunger, water, soil, energy)

Status Icon Row
The status icon row appears centered above the snail’s name and follows the same grouped format as the Snail Spiral.

This allows players to immediately understand:

If the snail is bonded

If it needs care

If it is unavailable or mourning

Care Actions

Users may:

Feed snails using owned food or treats

Choose which item to use

See immediate feedback after care

Bond Interaction Through Care
If the snail is bonded to a fox:

Feeding grants small bond familiarity

Favorite food grants additional affinity

Bond growth from care is limited by time to prevent abuse

Restrictions

If a snail is:

In the breeding tank

In the colony tank

Then:

Care actions are disabled

The habitat becomes read-only

Status icons still reflect the snail’s condition

Customization
Users may temporarily customize habitat background colors for individual snails until full decoration systems are added.
