Diplomacy
Diplomacy is managed through the Leader Den. Leaders and pets with the special All role can handle requests that affect the colony’s relationships with other groups.
Diplomatic Actions
- Alliances – Form cooperative relationships with other colonies.
- Gifts – Send or review resources and supplies shared between colonies.
- Conflict – Break friendly ties or respond to hostility when those systems are available.
- Requests – Review pending offers from the Leader Den rather than leaving them to fossilize beneath the paperwork.
Factions
Strong allied colonies may be able to form a larger faction. Factions represent a deeper partnership between groups and can bring shared responsibilities as well as benefits.
Territory Is Separate
Territory challenges are not the same thing as a formal diplomatic war. Scouting into a tile controlled by another colony can open an optional challenge against an AI-controlled defender.

Tips
- Choose allies carefully. A larger network can help, but it also creates more moving parts.
- Check the Leader Den for pending requests and important notices.
- Prepare defenses before picking fights with neighbors who have clearly spent time collecting rocks with purpose.
