The Base Swapper lets players change or manage a pet's visual base where supported.

What Bases Are</h2]
A base is the main artwork or visual form used to display a pet.

[h2]Appearance</h2]
Changing a base usually changes how the pet looks. It does not automatically change stats, survival, combat level, age, species, diet, or genetics unless a specific system says the base has gameplay effects.

[h2]Breeding</h2]
A pet's current or owned base may matter for breeding appearance rules where supported. Check the active breeding and genetics systems.

[h2]Availability</h2]
Not every base may be available immediately. Some bases may depend on species, age, discovery, unlocks, events, ownership, or other rules.

[h2]Elder Visuals</h2]
Age effects such as subtle elder greying are different from normal bases. They are visual age cues, not automatically new inheritable base colors.
