Full Account Reset

The Full Account Reset is a destructive account tool for players who intentionally want to start over.

Where to Find It

Open the Dashboard, scroll to the account tools section, and choose the reset option.

Important Warning

This is not a cosmetic refresh. It can remove colony progress and change what happens to every pet you own, including active and reserve pets.

Safety Checks

The reset process includes confirmation steps to prevent accidental use. Restrictions may also prevent a reset while unresolved situations, such as pregnancies, still need attention.

Pet Handling Options

Depending on the option selected, owned pets may be:

• Marked deceased – Records remain part of the world’s history.


• Released – Pets return to the wanderer pool and may later be adopted by another player.


• Transferred into the NPC world – Pets are moved under the system-owned side of the game rather than erased.

Colony Effects

A reset can wipe resources, upgrades, and colony progress. Read Colony Collapse and Ruins before confirming.

Cooldown

Account resets are intentionally limited by a cooldown. Treat the confirmation page seriously and read every step before continuing.

Recovery

A reset may not be reversible. Contact staff immediately if a serious mistake occurs, but do not assume restoration will be possible.
