What this is
The Account Reset is a high-risk, destructive reset meant for players who want to start over completely. It wipes your colony progress and forces a fresh start.
This reset affects ALL of your pets â including active and reserve pets.
Where to find it
Go to Dashboard
Scroll to the VERY bottom
Find the box labeled Account Tools
Click Account Reset
Reset Rules / Restrictions
1) Cooldown: Once every 30 days
If you reset, you must wait for the cooldown before resetting again.
2) Pregnancy Lock: You cannot reset if you have any pregnant pets.
You must resolve pregnancies first.
3) Confirmation required:
To prevent accidents, the reset page requires:
Selecting a reset mode
Typing RESET into the confirmation box
Checking âI understand this cannot be undoneâ
Accepting the browser confirmation popup
What gets reset
Pets: ALL pets you own (active + reserve + everything) are affected depending on the option you choose.
Colony resources: Your colonyâs stored resources are deleted/wiped.
Colony state: Your owned colony is marked as ruined/wiped (reset history).
Also: your accountâs active pet selection is cleared, so youâll need to pick/adopt again depending on your situation.
Reset Options (Pet Handling Modes)
1) Kill
Pets are marked deceased (kept for history if your system supports it).
Used for a âclean slateâ while preserving records.
2) Release
Pets become true wanderers:
No owner
No colony
They essentially âreturn to the wild.â They will also be going to the wanderer pool and can be adopted by another player.
3) NPC Colonies
Pets are moved into NPC colonies and assigned to the NPC owner (ex: Faux).
This rehomes them into the NPC world instead of deleting them.
What happens after resetting
Your colony progress/resources are gone.
Your pets are handled based on your selected reset mode.
You may need to adopt again or choose a new active pet depending on what you did and what remains available.
The reset is stamped to your account and you canât do it again until the cooldown is over.
Safety Note
This cannot be automatically undone.
If you clicked it accidentally, contact staff ASAP â but recovery may not be possible depending on what was chosen.
