Broken Links and Old Pages

Sometimes a link may lead to an old page, missing page, blank page, or place that no longer matches the current feature.

What to Try

If a link does not work:

--check the main menu

--check Helpful Places

--check the Colony hub

--check the feature's main wiki page

--look for a newer link with a similar name

--report the broken link if it still seems wrong

Moved Pages

Some features may be renamed or moved as the site grows.

An older guide, forum post, or saved bookmark may not always point to the newest version.

Locked Pages

A page can also be unavailable because your account, pet, snail, or colony does not currently meet the requirements.

That is different from a broken link.

What to Include When Reporting

If you report a broken link, it helps to include:

--the page you were on

--the link or button you clicked

--where it sent you

--what you expected to happen

--whether the page was blank, missing, locked, or confusing
