Dress Up (Wearables)

The Dress Up system allows you to customize your pets by adding wearable items on top of their base image. This feature lets you create unique looks for your pets using items you collect.

How it Works

- Each pet can have up to 10 wearable layers.
- Layers are stacked in order: Slot 1 is beneath Slot 2, and so on.
- When you add an item, it is "locked" to your pet. The item is hidden in your inventory until the pet dies.
- When a pet dies, all wearable items are automatically returned to your inventory.
- Wearables are chosen from your My Pets page via the Dress Up option.

Adding a Wearable

1. Go to Dress Up for the pet you want to customize.
2. Choose a free slot (1–10).
3. Select a wearable item from your inventory.
4. Click Add Layer.
→ The pet’s preview will update immediately, showing the new item.

Requirements

- Only items marked as Wearable can be added.
- Items must have an associated image file (e.g., leaf_crown.png).
- Your pet must be Alive to add new wearables.

Preview

The Dress Up page includes a live preview window:
- Shows your pet’s base image plus all active wearables.
- Updates as soon as you add a new layer.
- Helps you plan which slots and items look best together.

Tips

- Try stacking accessories in higher slots if you want them visible above clothing.
- Keep an eye on your inventory—hidden items are marked as “in use” until the pet dies.
- Seasonal wearables can make your pets stand out during events and holidays!
