The next day
The appearance ceremony
She is just starting to doze off when she hear a commotion coming from outside the nursery. She open her eyes and sit up, wondering what's going on
She look around and see that the other kits in the nursery are starting to wake up as well, wondering what all the noise is about. Her mother pokes her head into the nursery, her expression serious
"Wake up, young ones. It's time for the appearance ceremony."
At the appearance ceremony
Her and the other kits from her litter are gathered outside the nursery, along with your parents and other warriors and elders from the clan. All eyes are on her and her litter mates as the clan leader steps forward
"Today is a special day. These kits have grown and it is time for them to receive their apprentice names."
There are a few excited whispers among the gathered cats, but everyone quiets down when the clan leader continues speaking
The clan leader looks at her and her litter mates
"Come forward, young kits."
Her and the other kits step forward, feeling a mixture of excitement and nervousness
The clan leader speaks again
"Today, you will receive your apprentice names, which mark the beginning of your journey towards becoming full warriors of your clan."
She look around at the crowd of cats, seeing the pride and excitement in their eyes. Her parents are watching her proudly, and she can feel a sense of anticipation in the air
The clan leader continues
"We will start with the first kit of the litter. Please step forward."
One of her litter mates, Willow'kit, steps forward.
The clan leader looks at Willow'kit
"Willow'kit, do you promise to obey the warrior code, and to protect and defend this clan at all costs?"
Willow'kit nods eagerly, her eyes shining with excitement
"I do."
The clan leader nods, satisfied with her response
"Then, by the power vested in me by StarClan, I give you your apprentice name. From this moment, you will be known as Willowpaw, Your mentor is Oak'heart"
There is applause from the gathered cats, and Willow'kit looks ecstatic
The clan leader motions for Willowpaw to move to the side, and then looks at her
"Next kit, step forward."
She steps forward, The clan leader looks down at you, their expression softening
"Fox'kit. Do you promise to obey the warrior code, and to protect and defend this clan at all costs?"
"I do"
The clan leader nods, pleased with her answer
"Then, by the power vested in me by StarClan, I give you your apprentice name. From this moment, you will be known as Foxpaw. Your mentor is Night'heart"
There is applause from the gathered cats once more, and she can feel her heart pounding with excitement. She done it! She are officially on the path to becoming a warrior.
Your mentor, Night'heart, steps forward to stand beside her, a proud look in his eyes
She turned her head to look at her litter mate, Lion'kit, who is waiting to receive his apprentice name
The clan leader turns their attention to Lion'kit
"Lion'kit, do you promise to obey the warrior code, and to protect and defend this clan at all costs?"
Lion'kit stands tall, his eyes shining with determination
"I do!"
The clan leader nods, satisfied with Lion'kit's response
"Then, by the power vested in me by StarClan, I give you your apprentice name. From this moment, you will be known as Lionpaw. Your mentor is Dust'cloud"
There is more applause from the gathered cats for Lionpaw, and he looks even more excited than before
