Pets recover Energy and Mood here over completed hours.
Quick steps
Check the pet’s recovery rate, sleep limit, settle chance, and whether a bed is open.
Choose the hours. Waking early gives credit only for full hours already completed.
Keep bedding clean and dry. Pets in quarantine use the Quarantine Den instead.
More about this area
How beds work
One sleeping pet uses one bed until it wakes. Sleep All fills only the beds that are open and skips pets that cannot sleep.
Upgrades can add beds or protection, but the room never has unlimited space.
How recovery works
Each pet card shows the current recovery per hour, maximum sleep, and any trait or weather changes. Every completed hour restores Mood alongside Energy, making sleep the strongest predictable Mood recovery route. Use the live numbers for that pet.
Only full elapsed hours count when waking early. A sleeping pet is busy and cannot train, explore, hunt, or work at the same time. The needs-attention marker also avoids nagging about low Mood while the pet is already recovering here.
Why bedding matters
Rain, fog, humidity, storms, heat, cold, pests, damage, and occupied beds can make the room less comfortable or safe.
The bedding card shows its current condition and the supplies each care action needs. Dry, replace, or deep-clean it when the page recommends that work.
Quarantined or under-treatment pets use separate care so illness is not spread through shared bedding.
